Is my data really free?
Yes. The full local app (import, search, tags, export, encryption, statistics, and offline support) is free with no account. You only pay for cloud sync.
What currency are prices in?
Prices are in Euros (EUR). If your card is in a different currency (USD, GBP, etc.), Stripe automatically converts at checkout and shows you the amount in your local currency before you confirm.
What happens if I cancel Pro?
Your local data stays exactly where it is. Cloud sync stops, but you keep everything on-device. You can export your data at any time.
Can I export my synced data?
Yes. All data, whether local or synced, can be exported as Markdown, JSON, or AI context format at any time.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If you're not satisfied within 14 days of subscribing, contact us for a full refund.
